Uncontrolled Gout KRYSTEXXA® Clinical Trial
About the study:
The purpose of this study is to test whether administering Methotrexate in combination with KRYSTEXXA (also called pegloticase) is safe and effective for treating adults with uncontrolled gout and prevents immunogenicity against pegloticase. These study drugs are already approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are available for use in the patients with gout. The use of this combination of drugs is considered experimental.
You may be able to take part if you are:
✓ 18 years of age or older
✓ Have uncontrolled gout
*Other medical criteria must be met before you can join this study; these will be assessed by the study team.
If you qualify to participate in the study, the study drugs and all study-related care will be provided at no cost to you. All participation in this study is voluntary.
